Banrock Station 2005 Colombard Chardonnay
Description
Pale straw in colour with green hues and aromas of strong peach and exotic fruits.

The palate is intense, supported by integrated vanilla oak, and has a balanced acidity featuring an intensity of fruit and continuity of palate.

Serving Suggestion
Superb when matched with aromatic Thai green curries.
 

Banrock Station 2005 White Shiraz

Description
Salmon pink in colour, this wine exhibits fresh lifted strawberry fruit aromas.

On the palate it displays sweet strawberry fruit with a lingering zingy finish. This is an easy drinking style that can be enjoyed with or without food.

Serving Suggestion
A great aperitif or picnic wine. Drink with cold meats or Asian foods.
 
 

Banrock Station NV Sparkling White Shiraz
Description
Bright salmon pink in colour with aromas of ripe strawberry and cherry fruits with a fresh, light, doughy yeast character.

Soft, fruity and round with lively effervescence the red berry fruits predominate finishing with a crisp natural acidity.

Serving Suggestion
A great aperitif or picnic wine. Matches with Asian style foods.
 

Banrock Station NV Sparkling Shiraz
Description
Deep red in colour with crimson hues. The bouquet is reminiscent of mulberry and plum, with light oak giving a background of sweet coconut.

The palate shows intense dark berry fruit with a luscious texture, and is balanced by lightly toasted oak. An excellent tannin structure and fresh acidity gives it good persistence.



Serving Suggestion
A versatile accompaniment for many foods and occasions. Try it with berry sorbets, fruit salad or with your favourite cocktail finger foods. Serve chilled.
 

Banrock Station 2004 Shiraz
Description
Deep plum in colour with purple hues, and aromas of black cherries, blackcurrant and cedar.

On the palate this fruit driven medium bodied wine exhibits flavours of black cherries, cedar oak, rich fruit and soft tannins. This wine has been crafted to drink as a young wine.

Serving Suggestion
Marries superbly with steaks, Osso bucco, comfit of duck, venison, Mongolian lamb, matured cheeses.

 

Banrock Station 2005 Shiraz Mataro
Description
Aromas of ripe berry, liquorice and cinnamon. This medium bodied wine shows soft ripe raspberry and red currant fruit flavours with spicy black cherry and white pepper.

The supple tannins and balanced acidity result in a wine with a soft lingering finish.

Serving Suggestion
Great with red meats or tomato based pasta dishes.
