The Brew Wharf - This beer based bistro is the latest addition to the Vinopolis complex. The brainchild of Trevor Gulliver of St John's and Firestation fame, Brew Wharf takes as its inspiration Alsatian bistro cooking, prepared with all British ingredients sourced exclusively from the famous Borough Market across the street.
Brew Wharf boasts its own microbrewery producing the bar's two real ales; one made entirely with Fuggles hops and the other with Goldings, a nod towards the nearby Hop Exchange which made Borough synonymous with Kentish hops. It also has an outdoor terrace area, great for a summer evening with a cold beer!

The nearest station is London Bridge (Jubilee and Northern Lines). Take the Borough High Street West exit to top of stairs, turn right into Stoney Street and you will find Brew Wharf here, set in it's own yard.
