Kiss Chasey 2005 Premium White

Description
A joyous blend of cool climate un-oaked Chardonnay with Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc. Clover & fresh cut gradd perfume, ripe creamy citrus fruits tinged with honey and apple flavours.

Characteristics
Tropical fruit salad, passionfruit, kiwi fruit, honeysuckle, banana.

Serving Suggestion
Fish n chips.
 

Kiss Chasey 2005 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Description
A year round friendly white that's fresh and bright. A womderful Margaret River blend of 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. There's no oak and the fruit is typically tropical/grass/box tree/straw. The right vines, producing the right style of each (Sem & Sauv), combined to get the right balance.

Characteristics
Nectarines, green peach, lemon, green beans, grapefruit.

Thai Curry.
 

Kiss Chasey 2005 Rose
Description
A drier Rose than normally seen in Australia, lighter in colour and still incredibly juicy. The first vintage and 100% Margaret River Cabernet.

Characteristics
Blueberry, cranberry, raspberry, redcurrants, violets.

Carpaccio/antipasti.
 

Kiss Chasey 2005 Cabernet Shiraz Merlot
Description
A happy-go lucky red wine that's a crowd pleaser. Cab for roundness, Shiraz for lift and bite, Merlot for a soft finish. Succulent plumminess and rich fruit cake surrounds the generous sweet core of fruit, while clean spice and mocha hints add to the well balanced finish. Careful oak use augments the fine tannins, providing great palate, balance and poise.

Plums, nutmeg, cinnamon, cherries, fruitcake, chocolate, coffee.

Chorizo Sausage Pasta.
 

Swings & Roundabouts 2004 Cabernet Merlot
Description
These grapes are left on the vines for a long time, ensuring they are exactly ripe. That's when they have to fight the Kangaroos to keep the best! 85% of this wine is the best Margaret River Cabernet.

Characteristics
Plum, clove, chocolate, beetroot, black olive, liquorice, raspberry.

Swings & Roundabouts 2004 Shiraz
Description
The development of this style of Shiraz from Margaret River has gone on to do great things. A lighter, less oaky, more elegant Shiraz than normally seen in Australia.

Characteristics
White pepper, blackcurrant leaves, nutmeg, redcurrant, blackberry.

Roast lamb (marinated in lemon, olive oil and a hint of rosemary).
